Due to the coronavirus, Chinese tourists stay away from Switzerland, which is particularly noticeable in the retail sector. Shops there are now reporting massive losses.
The reason for this is a restriction by the Chinese government which prohibits group travel at home and abroad. In addition, numerous flight connections from China to Europe were cut.
