In 2016, the China Construction Bank (CBC) established the Renminbi Hub in Switzerland and since then, is developing cross-border business with the currency in Switzerland as a clearing bank for the renminbi. The hub developed well and established partnerships with 13 Swiss banks, it’s total transaction volume so far was CHF 590 billion (RMB 4,300 billion).
