Good news for Switzerland’s tourism industry, the Chinese, which are the country’s third most important group of foreign tourists, seem to be returning. Europe will most likely open its borders for the first half of 2021 and now Chinese travelers are booking trips to Switzerland again for that period. But the travel behavior of Chinese tourists changed: They want to stay longer and travel in smaller groups.
