Swiss Re, with the help of Oneconnect Financial Technology, plans to introduce an app named Smart Claims that allows the reporting of damages to motor vehicles via smartphone. Smart Claims will be based on cloud technology and artificial intelligence and help insurers to quickly estimate and process claims.
