The Swiss-Swedish multinational ABB has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Chargedot Shanghai New Energy Technology, a Chinese provider of e-mobility solutions that provides AC and DC charging stations and the software platform for electric vehicle manufacturers, charging network operators and real estate developers.
